An afternoon in The Phog
“High above the five national championship banners displayed at the top of the arena was a sign, nestled among the rafters as if it were hiding from the chilling wind on the other side of the walls.
The sign, though small, perfectly explained the exposure I had just had to this phenomenon of a basketball game.
It read,

New Years Resolutions
The whole “losing weight” thing doesn’t work for me. I don’t do it. I love food (see also: carbs) way to much. Being an athlete in college was a blessing - I was forced to work out twenty hours a week and had eight girls needing me to be my skinniest because they would have to row my ass around even if I wasn’t.
